How Ledbury Elevates Service

Stepping into Ledbury's flagship Richmond store, you immediately know they kick up service a few notches. Imagine giving your guest a completely personalized experience. That happens here.

According to Ledbury's Head of Community Development Molly Hugel, the store hires talented associates to navigate the shopping process. While you can shop stacks of beautifully merchandised shirts, the real magic happens behind the door of the Made-to-Measure Lounge.

It's a private appointment with a personal fitting room. You take the edge off with Bulleit Rye or a local Hardywood brew while you meet one-on-one with a made-to-measure specialist. This shirting expert guides you through selecting fabrics, collars, buttons, and more. After that consultation, measurements are taken and kept on file. An on-site tailor works with fabric directly from European textile mills to turn around shirts in 3-4 weeks.

For restaurants, POS systems and reservation apps like OpenTable or Resy let you track guest preferences and visits. How are you giving guests a personalized experience?
